How working with BTI starts
- Free consultation. Tell us about your sites, systems and goals, by phone or at our Downers Grove office.
- Site visit or assessment. An engineer reviews your IT, security or phones in person or remotely.
- Written scope. You receive an itemized proposal and a plan you can share with leadership.
- Installation or onboarding. Our crews and engineers do the work on a schedule that fits your business.
- Ongoing support. Help desk, on site service and the 24/7 NOC/SOC keep things running.
Why one partner matters
Cameras, door controllers, phones and Wi-Fi all live on your network now. When different vendors own each piece, problems bounce between them and security gaps open where systems meet. BTI designs these systems together: cameras and doors on secured network segments, phones and Wi-Fi sized for the building and one team accountable when something breaks.
