Eagle Eye cloud cameras tied to Brivo doors for warehouses, offices, churches and schools, installed by our Downers Grove crews and supported around the clock.

BTI has been installing security systems for over 40 years, and our Downers Grove office is a Brivo and Eagle Eye distributor and reseller for the Chicago area. We design cloud video for distribution centers along I-55 and I-80, downtown offices, suburban schools and houses of worship.
A technician maps coverage at docks, lots and entries, checks network closets and confirms upload speed at each address.
Our crews work outdoors through Chicago winters, with housings and heaters picked for cold docks and freezer rooms.
We create the Eagle Eye account, set camera subscriptions, add users by site and link video to Brivo doors.
Retiring an old NVR? A Bridge or CMVR keeps your working cameras online, and analog cameras can use an analog ready recorder.
Remote support, truck rolls from Downers Grove and device health alerts from the 24/7 NOC/SOC.
We can enable Eagle Eye 911 Camera Sharing so emergency responders see live views you choose to share during an incident.
Chicagoland businesses often inherit cameras from a prior vendor or a merger. BTI takes over existing Eagle Eye accounts and Brivo accounts, so the cameras and stored video stay put and support simply changes hands.
Call 312-432-5300 to start. BTI designs, sells, installs, supports and takes over existing Brivo accounts, and Eagle Eye accounts follow the same path.
Eagle Eye manages every camera from the cloud. For each building we choose one of three ways to hold the video, based on how many cameras there are and how much upload the circuit can spare.
| Method | Storage location | Suited to |
|---|---|---|
| Eagle Eye Bridge | Cloud storage, with a local buffer that rides through internet outages | Offices, branches and churches |
| Eagle Eye CMVR | Local storage on the recorder, plus cloud copies by camera | Warehouses, plants and campuses with dozens of cameras |
| Camera direct | Cloud only, with no appliance on site | Small storefronts or a single entry |
Eagle Eye cites at least 48 hours of local buffering for a balanced Bridge system, and uploads can be scheduled overnight for sites on smaller suburban circuits.
Eagle Eye is camera agnostic and works with your existing IP and ONVIF cameras. Before quoting new cameras, we check the ones you own against the Eagle Eye compatibility list. Good cameras stay. We replace only failed units and fill coverage gaps.
Eagle Eye joined Brivo through a merger that closed December 29, 2025, so access control and video now run on one platform. Our door work is on Brivo access control in Chicagoland.
A door held open at a Bolingbrook dock links straight to the Eagle Eye clip in Brivo.
Facilities teams with sites in Naperville, Elk Grove Village and the Loop manage doors and cameras from one login.
Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Multifamily are the four editions, and we help you choose per building.
These Eagle Eye products show up on most of our Chicago area jobs. Every panel, reader and recorder we carry is on the Brivo and Eagle Eye hardware page.

Subscriptions are per camera. Each one combines a resolution level with a cloud retention period, so a dock camera and an office hallway camera do not have to carry the same plan.
BTI sells Eagle Eye Complete, a single recurring subscription that covers cameras, recording hardware and cloud service.
Short retention suits hallways, while gates and docks often need more. A CMVR can hold footage on site.
Eagle Eye monitoring from BTI ranges from device health to event review, staffed by our 24/7 NOC/SOC.
24/7 system health and alert monitoring available, plus a 24/7 converged security NOC/SOC. After the survey you get a written proposal listing each subscription.
Chicagoland projects bring a few recurring details.
Outdoor cameras need heaters and sealed housings, and mounts are placed away from snow piles and plow paths.
Freezer and cooler rooms need cameras rated for low temperatures and condensation control at the door.
Downtown and near suburb buildings often need new cable paths. Our cabling team plans those runs with the camera layout.
The Moody Church and Edgewood are among the Chicagoland organizations BTI has served.
The same team runs structured cabling and network switches, so cameras have the power and bandwidth they need.
