Consulting and project engagements: the first consultation and the initial IT assessment conversation cost nothing. Strategy, vCIO, assessment, cloud, network and due diligence work is scoped after the free consult, and BTI quotes it itemized before any work starts.
Ongoing managed and outsourced IT (a separate service): when your roadmap calls for ongoing support, BTI outsourced IT plans range from $60 to $290 per user per month, itemized, with no surprise fees. Where you land in that range depends on what you need BTI to own and how much risk BTI carries:
- Scope of service: help desk hours and coverage, fully managed, or co-managed alongside your team.
- Security depth: baseline protection versus 24/7 NOC/SOC with managed detection, compliance reporting and AI governance.
- Locations and on-site needs: multi-site organizations and sites that need regular on-site engineering cost more to support.
- Environment complexity: servers, line-of-business applications, cloud workloads and legacy systems.
