Why the combination matters

A practical way to start. The expertise to go further.

BTI combines AI tools and support with experience across the systems your business uses. You can start with employee access, stay hands-on, and bring in help as the work becomes more connected.

01 / SPEED

Start without a big project

Put the managed workspace in place first. Help employees use approved tools instead of requiring a custom application or a strategy workshop before they can begin.
02 / VALUE

Keep the starting cost clear

A fixed monthly workspace plan brings the tools and support together. Build on what is already available rather than commissioning new platforms for every idea.

03 / AGILITY

Keep your team involved

Your people know the business. Their knowledge improves your solutions, drawing on BTI guidance when needed instead of handing off every change.

04 / TECHNICAL DEPTH

Get help beyond the prompt

When work depends on identity, applications, networks or communications, BTI can help address those dependencies and appropriate security considerations based on the AI workflow.

Your plan confirms model availability, usage conditions, workspace support and available expert build assistance. Any separately priced integrations or development work require your approval.

Co-managed by design

Your team builds. BTI backs you up.

Need help setting up a knowledge assistant, sorting out access, or troubleshooting a workflow? Start with the tools and ask for help where it is useful. You do not have to outsource the whole build.
YOUR BUSINESS TEAM

Know the work. Shape the solution.

Choose useful tasks, contribute approved information, build with the enabled tools, and review the results. Business decisions remain with the people responsible for them.
YOUR MSP OR INTERNAL IT

Keep what is working well.

Continue the agreed responsibility for identity, devices, networks and applications. Coordinate access and changes where an AI workflow touches those systems.

BTI

Add the AI help you need.

Get workspace setup, practical guidance and troubleshooting. Ask BTI to assist with a difficult component or take on an agreed integration or complete build.
This is an example of a co-managed arrangement. Confirm responsibilities, access and escalation with everyone involved before connecting systems.

Already have a capable AI provider? Keep the parts that meet your needs. Compare the capabilities and support you still need.  Port over existing workflows, knowledge bases, projects, experts and agents to an affordable and secure Azure governed data retention environment.

The foundation comes first

Useful tools now. A foundation for what comes next.

BTI Managed AI Workspace

For employees, Experts, workflows and agents.

An Azure-hosted, tenant-isolated workspace with approved model access, administrative controls, auditability and reporting. BTI handles setup and supports your team.
Zero data retention for approved model calls.
Saved workspace content, business records and audit evidence have separate retention rules. The approved configuration and data paths determine the applicable commitments.
USE

Put AI into everyday work

Research, draft, summarize and prepare with approved tools. Check important outputs and use information appropriate to the task.
TEACH

Create a company-knowledge Experts

Use selected procedures, product information or other approved documents to help people find useful answers. Match the audience to the information they may access.
BUILD

Develop workflows and agents

Use the enabled building tools to connect steps and approved systems. Test outputs, permissions and exceptions, and bring in BTI assistance when needed.
An Expert is a configured knowledge assistant, not a professional credential. These are options for expansion, not mandatory stages or a requirement to give agents more authority.
Experience across the environment

AI help that understands more than AI.

BTI brings decades of business-technology experience to AI adoption. The value becomes practical when a workflow depends on the systems, permissions and support processes already in place.

Microsoft, Cisco & IT infrastructure

A knowledge assistant needs the right information access. A connected workflow may also depend on applications, connectivity and identity. BTI works across these environments, not only the chat interface.

Cybersecurity & governance

Define who can use information, what an agent may change, what needs review and where exceptions go. Connect security controls to named responsibilities and evidence.

VoIP & contact centers

A useful service workflow must fit the actual call flow, customer records and human handoff. BTI’s communications experience helps connect AI assistance with the operation around it.

Physical security & facility systems

Maintenance records and approved event summaries can support operational work. Access changes, alarm handling and other consequential actions still require an explicitly approved design.
These are examples of relevant expertise, not a promise of a ready-made connection to every product. You can buy AI support on its own. Other BTI services remain available independently.
Compare the operating arrangement

Why add BTI when you already have tools or an IT provider?

The question is not who has the best-looking demo. It is who supplies the capabilities, help and operating responsibility your team needs. The options below can complement one another.
A buying guide, not an audit of any particular provider.
OptionA useful fit when…What to confirm
Your current MSP or internal teamThey already provide the AI capabilities, governance and ongoing assistance your business needs.Ongoing cost plus who supports employee-built workflows, permissions, integrations and changes? Which responsibilities are included?
Enterprise AI softwareYou want the product’s capabilities and have people to administer it and support its use.Which controls and features are in the plan? Who handles your configuration, training and cross-system troubleshooting?
A developer or automation specialistYou have a defined build and want particular software or integrations delivered. What happens after handoff? Establish support, documentation, development rights and change arrangements.
BTI Managed & Co-Managed AIYou want a secure multi-model workspace, a fixed monthly support plan and the ability for your own team to build.Confirm the included tools and help. Add BTI-led engineering when needed, without replacing a working IT relationship.
Enterprise products can already include strong privacy and administrative controls. See Microsoft’s business data protections and OpenAI’s enterprise privacy commitments. BTI’s offer combines the agreed tooling, configuration and service relationship; it is not a claim that other providers are unsafe.
Keep what works. Add what is missing.
Start with a workspace, get occasional build help, or agree a specific project.
Controls you can discuss and verify

Less unmanaged AI. More clarity and control.

An approved workspace replaces scattered, individually managed accounts with defined access and support. The important questions are what is permitted, what is recorded and who responds.

Approved people and information

Define users, roles, selected sources and permitted connections. Test sharing before broadening access. A companywide assistant should not expose information meant for one department.

Documented data handling

Separate model-call retention from saved chats, files, business records and audit logs. Review model-training restrictions and processing locations for the approved configuration.

Bounded actions and review

Set permitted actions, approval points and exception handling. A model’s ability to describe an action does not give the workflow permission to perform it.

Visible operation and recovery

Use available reporting, run history and testing to review what works and where help is needed. Agree how to pause automation and keep the underlying business process moving.
A workspace is not a compliance certification. Regulated-data uses need appropriate authorization, agreements and safeguards. Restoring a workflow version does not necessarily undo changes already made in a connected system.
Evaluate the approach

Know what you are buying. Find a useful place to begin.

Review practical examples, the questions to ask, and ways your team can stay involved.

Before you decide

Questions about choosing BTI for AI.

No. BTI offers co-managed AI alongside an existing MSP or internal team. Agree who handles identity, applications, security and AI support; buying other BTI services is not a prerequisite.

Yes. Your team can use enabled tools and approved information, then ask BTI for guidance or troubleshooting. The complexity of a build determines what skills, testing and permissions it needs. Not every integration is a no-code task.

The starting offer brings the workspace, all platform models, setup and all-inclusive workspace support together. Your plan identifies model availability, usage conditions and covered assistance. Separately priced engineering or integrations are agreed before work begins.

A direct subscription supplies the product and its included support. BTI combines the workspace with setup, adoption help and the agreed ongoing support. Compare the complete arrangement, including responsibilities for the workflows your team builds.

No. Zero retention for approved model calls is distinct from the workspace content and business records you choose to keep, and from audit evidence. Confirm the approved data paths, retention and training terms before using confidential or regulated information.

Your business information, contributed proprietary logic, custom deliverables and platform software are different categories. The agreement identifies ownership, licensing, documentation and transition rights. Building on the platform does not automatically grant ownership of the underlying platform.

Yes. You can ask BTI to scope an integration, agent or complete solution. You can also keep the build with your team and request help on one component. Choose the delivery arrangement that fits the work.
