BTI sells, installs, licenses and supports Brivo Eagle Eye cloud video for commercial organizations, from a single office to hundreds of locations.

Eagle Eye Networks built one of the first cloud video management systems, often called VSaaS or video surveillance as a service. Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks merged on December 29, 2025, and the combined company operates as Brivo, so Eagle Eye video and Brivo access control are now one platform.
BTI is a Brivo and Eagle Eye distributor and reseller, and our security work goes back over 40 years. We design systems, sell hardware and subscriptions, install cameras, take over existing Eagle Eye accounts and support them with our 24/7 NOC/SOC. BTI designs, sells, installs, supports and takes over existing Brivo accounts.
Cameras, users and settings are managed in a browser, with no server room to maintain.
Store footage in the cloud, on local drives or both, camera by camera.
One account can hold every building, with permissions by location and role.
Every Eagle Eye system uses one of three ways to connect cameras to the cloud. The right one depends on the number of cameras, the retention you need and the upload speed at each address.
| Option | How it stores video | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Eagle Eye Bridge | Uploads to the cloud, holding footage locally only while the internet is down | Offices, branches and stores |
| Eagle Eye CMVR | Keeps footage on its own drives, with cloud copies for selected cameras | Large camera counts, long retention, limited uploads |
| Camera Direct | Supported cameras record straight to the cloud | Small sites with a few cameras |
| Eagle Eye cabinets | A Bridge in an outdoor cabinet, with solar or cellular options | Parking lots, yards and job sites |
Per Eagle Eye documentation, a balanced Bridge holds two days or more of footage while offline, and Intelligent Bandwidth Management can schedule or cap uploads.
Brivo Eagle Eye cameras are designed for the platform and come in bullet, dome, turret, fisheye, multi-sensor and PTZ styles. The Pro series (PB01, PB02, PD01, PD02, PT01, PT02) are 5 MP cameras, and the D series adds specialty models. Models and data sheets are on our Brivo and Eagle Eye hardware page.

Eagle Eye is camera agnostic and works with your existing IP and ONVIF cameras. Cameras that support ONVIF Profile S connect through a Bridge or CMVR, and analog or HD over coax cameras can join through analog ready Eagle Eye recorders. That lets most organizations move to cloud video without replacing working cameras.
Eagle Eye is licensed per camera. Each subscription combines a resolution tier, from SD up to 10 MP, with a cloud retention period, with options running from 7 days to 2 years. Different cameras on the same account can carry different plans.
BTI sells Eagle Eye Complete, which bundles the hardware and the cloud service on one recurring subscription.
A CMVR adds local storage for sites that need long retention or have limited upload speed.
We list every camera subscription in a written proposal after a site survey.
Users view live and recorded video in the Eagle Eye web app in a browser or in the Eagle Eye Viewer mobile app. Layouts, alerts and clip sharing are set per user, and access follows the roles you assign by site.
