Cloud video and Brivo access control on one platform, designed, installed and supported by our Santa Fe Springs team for commercial sites across Southern California.

BTI, in commercial security for over 40 years, is a Brivo and Eagle Eye distributor and reseller. From one office in Santa Fe Springs we plan, install and look after Eagle Eye cloud video for warehouses near the ports, studio lots, manufacturers in Commerce and Vernon, schools and multi-site retailers.
We walk each building, mark camera positions, measure the upload speed you actually have and pick a Bridge, a CMVR or camera direct recording for every location.
Our own technicians pull cable, mount cameras, set fields of view and test night images before handoff. Boom lift work at dock doors and tall walls is routine for us.
We size each camera subscription by resolution and retention, build the account, set users and permissions, and tie it to your Brivo doors.
Old recorders can be replaced by a Bridge or CMVR while working cameras stay up. Analog cameras can move to an analog ready Eagle Eye recorder.
Remote help, on site service and health alerts from the 24/7 NOC/SOC, with cloud video surveillance expertise across every platform we sell.
We can set up Eagle Eye 911 Camera Sharing so that, during an emergency you choose to share, responders can view the right live cameras.
Many Southern California sites were installed by a company that no longer answers. BTI takes over existing Eagle Eye accounts and existing Brivo accounts, so you keep your cameras, history and users while we become the service company.
Most takeovers start with a short call to 562-298-5000 and a read only look at the account. BTI designs, sells, installs, supports and takes over existing Brivo accounts, and we handle Eagle Eye video the same way.
Eagle Eye is a cloud VMS: video is managed in the cloud, viewed in a browser or the mobile app, and kept where it makes sense for each camera. The choice between the three recording options below decides how much hardware lives on site.
| Option | Where video is kept | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| Eagle Eye Bridge | Cloud, with a local buffer that holds video during an internet outage and uploads it later | Offices and stores with steady internet |
| Eagle Eye CMVR | On site disks plus cloud copies you pick per camera | Big camera counts, long retention, limited upload speed |
| Camera direct | Straight to the cloud with no local appliance | Small sites with a handful of cameras |
Eagle Eye documents at least 48 hours of buffering on a balanced Bridge system. Bandwidth rules let you cap uploads during business hours, which matters for busy Los Angeles office networks.
Eagle Eye is camera agnostic and works with your existing IP and ONVIF cameras. On a Los Angeles survey we check every model on the Eagle Eye compatibility list before anything is replaced. Cameras that pass stay in service and new Eagle Eye cameras go only where coverage is weak.
Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks merged on December 29, 2025, and Eagle Eye now belongs to Brivo. That makes doors and cameras one platform. For more on the door side, see Brivo access control in Los Angeles.
A forced door at a Carson distribution center opens the matching Eagle Eye clip in the same Brivo screen.
Badges, readers, cameras and subscriptions sit with one vendor, so a Torrance site manager calls one number.
The suite is sold in Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Multifamily editions, and BTI helps you pick the edition per site.
These are the main Eagle Eye products on our Southern California installs. The full list of panels, readers and video appliances sits on our Brivo and Eagle Eye hardware page.

Eagle Eye is licensed per camera. Each subscription is set by recording resolution and by how long video stays in the cloud, so a lobby camera and a dock camera can carry different plans.

A few things come up again and again on Southern California video projects.
Office towers often share circuits. We test upload speed on site and set Bridge bandwidth rules before go live.
West facing storefronts and parking lots need cameras with strong wide dynamic range and careful angles.
Our California credentials include ACO #7670 and C7 License 807767, plus CMAS and TESMA contract awards for public agency buyers.
Technicians based in Santa Fe Springs cover the whole Southern California basin without travel days.
The same company handles access control, cameras, cabling and the network that carries the video.

Usually. Eagle Eye is camera agnostic and works with existing IP and ONVIF cameras, and analog cameras can connect through analog ready recorders. Each model gets checked during our site visit.
A Bridge suits sites with steady internet that want video in the cloud. A CMVR suits large camera counts, long retention or slow uploads, because it keeps video on site as well.
Cameras keep recording to the Bridge or CMVR. Once the connection returns, buffered video uploads to the cloud.
