BTI designs, sells, installs, supports and takes over existing Brivo accounts for Arizona organizations, from a single office in Tempe to campuses spread across Maricopa, Pinal and Pima counties. Our Phoenix team plans the doors, runs the rollout and stays on as your service contact.

Arizona sites bring their own problems: sun-baked gates, spread-out campuses and buildings added one phase at a time. Each step below is part of a standard BTI Brivo engagement in the state.

We map every entry, gate and elevator, note sun exposure on exterior readers and enclosures, and size power supplies for each panel location.
Brivo panels, readers, Mobile Pass credentials and Brivo Security Suite licensing are quoted per door, with recurring items kept apart from the one-time install.
Large Arizona properties rarely cut over in a weekend. We move buildings in stages, keep current badges working where the readers allow it, and commission each door with your facilities lead.

Since Eagle Eye joined Brivo, a forced open alarm at a Valley warehouse can arrive with the camera view attached, all inside one Brivo account. Axis cameras and an existing VMS can join the same picture.
Office managers get hands-on time adding users, issuing mobile credentials and setting holiday schedules before the project closes.
Growth by acquisition and landlord-installed systems leave many Arizona businesses with a Brivo account nobody fully controls. BTI can step in as the provider on the account you already pay for. We verify ownership, work through the dealer change with Brivo, and then clear out stale users, broken schedules and doors that keep reporting faults.
For urgent service, call 800-HELP-BTI at any hour. Planned work is booked through the Phoenix office at 602-733-6807.
A Phoenix-area behavioral health and recovery provider needed cameras and access control that respected the privacy rules on its treatment records under 42 CFR Part 2. BTI walked the site, wrote a services agreement that addressed Part 2, and designed a converged camera and access control system on a separate, secured camera network.
We never publish client names. Platform choices follow each site's needs, and examples closer to your building type can be discussed in the consultation. Google reviews for our Phoenix office are linked here, and we do not repost ratings.

Eagle Eye became part of Brivo through the December 29, 2025 merger. Brivo Security Suite now comes as Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Multifamily editions, so a Tempe office or a Tucson campus can manage doors and video together. Heat ready camera hardware, recording choices and takeovers of existing Eagle Eye accounts are explained on the Brivo Eagle Eye video in Phoenix and Tucson page.
Arizona organizations running Brivo, or thinking about it, will notice these changes from the past year.
Brivo Security Suite brings access control, video, visitor management and intrusion into one cloud platform, and it integrates with Eagle Eye cloud video. Valley and Tucson buildings can sit under a single account.
Brivo now offers Brivo Reseller MCP, a Model Context Protocol server that lets Brivo dealers connect AI assistants to Brivo account data. BTI can use it to spot offline panels and reader errors sooner. The first release is read only, so it cannot change settings or unlock doors.
Brivo Genius Mobile Agent, winner of a Security Sales & Integration 2026 MVP award, lets administrators run commands such as a lockdown using simple voice or text prompts.
In a July 14, 2026 newsroom post, Brivo announced that Brivo Eagle Eye Gun Detection won a 2026 Secure Campus Award. Arizona schools and campuses can look at it alongside door control in one system. Source: Brivo newsroom, brivo.com/newsroom (July 14, 2026).
Bosch intrusion panels are now sold under the Radionix name. Supported B and G Series models still connect, so an alarm can be armed from a phone, the web or a reader.
Envoy powers Brivo Visitor Management inside the suite, and employees can carry a wallet badge on iPhone or Android or use Brivo Mobile Pass.
Interior offices and secondary doors can now use Schlage XE360 Series locks with RealSync in Brivo Security Suite.
Key capabilities for Arizona rollouts:
Arizona clients often run a burglar alarm at each site and access control at the front door. Brivo documents intrusion integrations that put both on one screen.
| Panel type | Brivo capability | Our site check |
|---|---|---|
| Bosch B and G Series (now sold under the Radionix brand) | Supported Bosch panels can be armed or disarmed in Brivo, an area can be armed by swiping twice at a reader, and panel activity is logged | Firmware level, panel network connection and the areas mapped to each door |
| Alula Connect+ and BAT-connect | Arming mode changes for Alula panels are made in Brivo | Communicator type and which users may change arming states |
| Monitoring through Brivo | In November 2025 Brivo added professional 24/7 monitoring of Bosch intrusion to Brivo Security Suite | Whether to keep your current central station or move monitoring |
Panels outside this list may still report through Brivo panel inputs. We verify on site before quoting.
If a Phoenix campus already records on another VMS, Brivo does not force a rip and replace. These video options are listed by Brivo:
| Video option | Connection | Choose it if |
|---|---|---|
| Eagle Eye cloud video | Built into Brivo Security Suite | New sites and multi-site rollouts across the state |
| OpenEye | Brivo integration marketplace listing | OpenEye recorders are already in place |
| Milestone XProtect | Brivo Access Control Module for XProtect, licensed through XProtect Access (Express+ and up) | A control room already lives in XProtect Smart Client |
See Milestone XProtect in Phoenix and Tucson if your operators already work in XProtect.
A quick reference for Phoenix and Tucson buyers. Every item here is documented by Brivo or by the other vendor.
Arizona rollouts usually span several buildings and a long summer. This is the sequence our Phoenix team follows.

Here is how Brivo compares with a server based system for a typical Valley business.
| Topic | Brivo cloud | Server based system |
|---|---|---|
| Updates | Delivered by Brivo in the cloud | Your IT staff installs patches |
| Managing Tucson from Phoenix | Same portal for every site | VPN or a second server |
| Camera video | Eagle Eye video inside Brivo | Separate recorder and app |
| Equipment in hot rooms | Panels only, no server | Server plus panels |
| Internet outage | Doors still work from local panel memory | Doors still work, remote view lost |
We size either option honestly. Some sites keep a local server by policy.
Arizona cities each enforce their own edition of the IBC, often with amendments, so our team checks each project with the jurisdiction before install.
IBC Chapter 10 covers electrified hardware on exit routes, such as motion sensor release and delayed exit devices. Exits must still open from inside without special knowledge.
The 2010 ADA Standards put operable parts within a 15 to 48 inch reach range, which is where we mount readers and request to exit buttons.
Summer surface temperatures on west facing walls can exceed the operating range of some readers, so we check the rated range and shade or relocate units where needed.

Reader and enclosure choices for gates and sun-facing doors are made during the survey with direct sun and heat in mind. Where a current reader keeps failing, we look at its mounting, shading and power before replacing it.
Often, yes, for a transition period, if the new readers support your current card format. We confirm card technology on the survey and plan the move to Brivo Mobile Pass or new cards building by building.
Yes. The Phoenix office serves Maricopa, Pinal, Gila and Pima counties, including Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana and Sahuarita.
BTI's federal GSA schedule is 47QTCA21D00BA. During the consultation we confirm whether your Brivo project fits that contract or your agency's own purchasing process.
Yes. Eagle Eye cloud cameras are part of Brivo now, so door events and video sit in one place, and current Axis cameras can often be included. We check camera models and bandwidth before recommending a design.
Planned service runs through the Phoenix office, emergencies go to 800-HELP-BTI day or night, and optional monitoring keeps watch on offline panels and door alarms.
No. The two companies merged on December 29, 2025 and operate as Brivo, with Eagle Eye cloud cameras and video inside the Brivo platform. Our Phoenix office quotes both in one proposal.
If it is a supported Bosch B or G Series panel or an Alula communicator, Brivo can arm, disarm and log it. For other panels we check whether input wiring can carry the events.
Brivo lists Eagle Eye, OpenEye and Milestone XProtect integrations. We review the Tucson recorder and licensing before recommending whether to connect it or move to Eagle Eye.
Yes. Brivo supports Schlage XE360 Series locks with RealSync, which stay connected over existing building Wi-Fi with no extra panels or gateways.
They can. Brivo supports Brivo Mobile Pass plus employee badges in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and cards or fobs can stay active while Arizona sites move over in stages.
Yes. Visitor Management powered by Envoy sits inside Brivo Security Suite, so a Phoenix or Tucson lobby can register guests and give them a PIN, QR code or mobile pass.
