Heat ready Eagle Eye cameras and Brivo doors for Arizona warehouses, offices, schools and remote yards, installed by BTI technicians from our Phoenix office.

BTI has spent over 40 years on commercial security and is a Brivo and Eagle Eye distributor and reseller serving Arizona from 48th Street in Phoenix. Our work runs from Chandler and Tempe office parks to distribution buildings in Goodyear and Buckeye and campuses in Tucson.
We plan coverage for parking fields, truck courts and entries, and confirm the upload speed each site can give to video.
Cameras, Bridges and enclosures are placed with shade, ventilation and rated operating temperature in mind.
We build your Eagle Eye account, assign camera subscriptions, set user roles and connect video to Brivo doors.
A Bridge or CMVR can replace a tired DVR or NVR while working cameras stay, and analog cameras can use an analog ready recorder.
Phone support, Phoenix based technicians and health alerts from the 24/7 NOC/SOC.
Eagle Eye 911 Camera Sharing lets emergency responders view chosen live cameras during an incident you decide to share.
Fast growth in the Valley left many sites with cameras from installers who have since left. BTI takes over existing Eagle Eye accounts and Brivo accounts, so your equipment and recorded video stay in place.
Call 602-733-6807 to begin. BTI designs, sells, installs, supports and takes over existing Brivo accounts, and Eagle Eye video is handled the same way.
All Eagle Eye video is managed in the cloud. For each site, the decision is where footage lives, which depends on camera count, retention and whether the location has wired internet or a cellular link.
| Setup | Where footage lives | Common sites |
|---|---|---|
| Eagle Eye Bridge | Footage goes to the cloud; a local buffer covers internet drops | Offices, clinics and retail pads |
| Eagle Eye CMVR | On site disks and cloud copies chosen per camera | Large warehouses, schools and plants |
| Camera direct | Cloud only, nothing on site | A small storefront or single entrance |
| Cabinet on a remote yard | Bridge in an Eagle Eye cabinet, with solar power as an option | Yards, lots and job sites without a building |
Bandwidth controls can schedule or cap uploads, which helps remote sites on cellular service.
Eagle Eye is camera agnostic and works with your existing IP and ONVIF cameras. We check your current cameras against the Eagle Eye compatibility list during the site walk. Cameras that pass stay on the wall, and we add new Eagle Eye cameras only where coverage is missing or a unit has failed.
On December 29, 2025, Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks merged and Eagle Eye became part of Brivo. Doors and cameras now share one platform. For the access side, see Brivo access control in Phoenix and Tucson.
An after hours entry at a Tempe office brings up the matching video beside the door event.
Managers in Scottsdale can check a Tucson building from the mobile app without driving down I-10.
Brivo Security Suite is offered as Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Multifamily, and we size the edition per site.
These are the Eagle Eye products we use most in Arizona. The full catalog of panels, readers and video gear is on our Brivo and Eagle Eye hardware page.

Eagle Eye is licensed camera by camera. Every subscription pairs a resolution level with a retention period in the cloud, so you pay for what each view actually needs.
BTI offers Eagle Eye Complete, which places cameras, recorders and cloud service on one recurring subscription.

A few conditions shape nearly every Arizona video design.
We check rated temperatures, add shade or vented enclosures, and avoid mounting electronics on dark west facing walls.
Sealed housings, surge protection and solid mounts help cameras survive dust storms and summer lightning.
Remote yards between Phoenix and Tucson often use cellular uploads, so we set bandwidth rules on day one.
Our team covers the Valley and drives to Tucson and Southern Arizona for installs and service.
We install Brivo doors, Eagle Eye cameras and the cabling and switches that connect them.
