OpenEye VMS Software for Multi-Site Businesses
OpenEye's video management software is the set of tools your staff use every day: a web client, the Command Station desktop client, the OpenEye mobile app, the recorder console and spot monitors, all signed in through OpenEye Web Services. BTI installs and configures the software, sets up users and layouts, and trains each team on the tools they need.
Commercial clients only: BTI configures and supports OpenEye software for businesses and commercial properties, not for homes.

Command Station for active monitoring
Command Station is OpenEye's multi-site desktop VMS. Operators can view and search video from several recorders at once across up to four monitors, drop cameras onto linked interactive maps, and get alerts with camera previews. Roaming profiles mean an operator's layouts follow them to any Command Station workstation. Camera linking pulls up related views automatically when an event fires.

Search tools that shorten investigations
- Event search filters motion and analytic events by time, camera and type
- Attribute filters narrow people and vehicles by characteristics such as clothing or vehicle color
- Similarity search finds the same person or vehicle across other cameras
- AI Visual Search accepts plain-language descriptions (AI Pro license)
- Thumbnail view shows a grid of results so you spot the right clip fast

Mobile access
Sign in to the OpenEye app with your OWS account and every recorder appears automatically. Alerts arrive with a thumbnail and a tap opens the video at the moment of the event. Built-in talk back lets a manager warn off a trespasser or guide a delivery driver after hours.

Users, permissions and security
OWS keeps users in the cloud, so permission changes apply right away to every recorder and client. User groups by role, non-email user credentials, approved IP lists for remote clients and multi-factor authentication help IT keep control.
