Churches and nonprofits are asked to welcome everyone, protect the people who gather, steward every donated dollar and do it with small staffs and many volunteers. BTI gives churches, houses of worship of every faith, ministries and community nonprofits one accountable partner for security systems, managed IT, cybersecurity, phones and governed AI. BTI supports many churches and nonprofits across all five services, including The Moody Church in Chicago.

"BTI consistently solves IT challenges that our staff doesn't have the skill or time for. Their installation team is excellent and their support always makes sure all of our issues are solved." Jonathon Huff, The Moody Church
The Moody Church, a historic nondenominational church in Chicago dating to 1864 with seating for 3,395, has worked with BTI on security cameras, phones, access control and IT. BTI replaced a failing analog camera system with high-definition Axis cameras and Milestone video management, installed with care for the historic Romanesque and Byzantine architecture. → The Moody Church success story (video) · Historic church technology upgrades
Other examples: Brivo access control across a multi-building faith-based campus, so staff can add and remove volunteer and contractor access instantly with detailed logs; and cameras, intercoms and monitored alarms for a disability-services nonprofit.
BTI starts every security project with a walkthrough and an itemized quote that maps each camera, door and intercom to a specific risk, so your board can see what each dollar buys. Many organizations begin with the free CISA Houses of Worship Security Self-Assessment or the BTI security self-assessment checklist, then phase improvements to fit the budget. 100% financing is available.
AI is already part of ministry and nonprofit work. In Barna's December 2025 survey, 87% of U.S. Protestant pastors said they use AI in some way, mostly for brainstorming, research, graphics and administration (Barna). Yet a Barna and Pushpay study found only 5% of churches have AI guidelines, while 83% of church leaders worry about data privacy (Barna). Among foundations and nonprofits, almost two-thirds report using AI in their work (Center for Effective Philanthropy, 2025). One well-known example: Crisis Text Line uses machine learning to flag texters at highest risk so counselors reach them first (Crisis Text Line). The gap is governance: staff are using free tools with donor, member and client data, without a policy.
Donor management, CRM and office platforms now sell AI as per-seat add-ons, credits or per-action fees. Some features help. But for a nonprofit, every dollar on an AI license nobody has been trained to use is a dollar not spent on mission. Gartner predicts that over 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027 because of escalating costs, unclear value or weak risk controls (Gartner). Buying AI one SaaS product at a time also stacks license fees and renewal increases on every tool, leaves the upgrade path to each vendor, and leaves you owning nothing when the subscription ends.
BTI is your Guided Automation Partner, closing the gap between the AI your staff sees and the AI virtual workforce it doesn't: automation that drafts, answers, monitors and keeps systems running and secure.
Wherever you are on AI: already using it (we add governance, security and continuity) · just starting (we pick two or three workflows that save real hours) · want a partner to run it (managed or co-managed IT with AI built in).
Axis (BTI is an Axis Gold Partner), Milestone, Bosch video, YourSix cloud video, and Brivo access control: BTI designs, sells, installs, supports and takes over existing Brivo accounts, so you can switch integrators without replacing hardware or re-enrolling users. Cloud phones with Microsoft Teams calling.
Security systems, managed and co-managed IT, cybersecurity, phone systems and governed AI, all designed, installed and supported by one team.

Yes. BTI works with churches, synagogues, mosques, temples and other houses of worship, as well as ministries and secular nonprofits.
Yes. One BTI team designs, installs and supports security, network, phones and IT, so there is one number to call and one itemized bill.
Itemized monthly pricing, multi-year plans and 100% financing for hardware, licensing and labor, so projects fit the budget a board approves.
Guided Automation advisory is included in every BTI managed IT plan, and governed AI clients often pay no separate AI license fee.
