BTI’s Client Services Group (CSG) is committed to providing prompt and efficient assistance to both our current clients and interested parties. A specialized team composed of experienced account executives, customer response technicians, and network services specialists, the CSG’s members collaborate to resolve our clients’ current issues and anticipate future ones.

The responsibilities of the Client Services Group include:
  • Promptly responding to requests of customers and prospects
  • Coordinating orders for sales and services
  • Providing technical solutions to customers, including training in the features and uses of telecommunications equipment. (This training can be readily provided at clients’ facilities.)
  • Assisting with implementation of BTI solutions
  • Maintaining strong relationships with BTI’s strategic partners, collaborating with them to ensure clients’ individual needs are met.
