BTI maintains a controlled lab environment with all of the hardware and software that is sold and configured.  This allows our technicians to be at the fore-front of the industry when it comes to installing and supporting our products.

Additionally, because we are an Exclusive Business Partner for Inter-Tel, our technicians are experts in this product line.  You don't ever have to worry about having a technician show up on your site that is actually only certified on another manufacturer's products.

You may request the most current copy of our Technicain Certification Chart anytime.  This will show you the most recent version of all of the technologies that our technicians are certified in.  This gives you peace of mind as a customer.
